Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Original tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at ClassicsWoodenToys.com
  2. Navigate to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions to generate a return authorization

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Sale/discounted items may only be eligible for store credit

5. Exchanges
For exchanges:

  1. Return the original item per our standard policy
  2. Place a new order for the desired item at ClassicsWoodenToys.com

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made toys
  • Opened hygiene/safety items (e.g., teethers, pacifiers)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

8. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional charges

9. Return Status Tracking
Check your return status by:

  • Logging into your account at ClassicsWoodenToys.com
  • Using the tracking number from your return shipment

10. Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) may be refused
  • Refunds may take 7–14 days to reflect in your account
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy
